New Zealand Weta, The World's Largest Insect

This is clearly not good news for those who suffer from entomophobia, or a phobia of insects. A former ranger who was traveling in New Zealand found the largest insect in the world, Weta (similar to crickets).

World's Largest Insect

This insect was found by Mark Moffett, a 53-year-old man from Colorado, United States, on Little Barrier Island, a small island in New Zealand. And you should know, this insect wings stretch reached 18 cm, while weight is 3 times the weight of mice.
